Self-sufficient for long-term, autonomous deployment
STALICO® mobile camera masts are equipped with space for a battery pack, enabling them to function autonomously after the energy supply has been sabotaged. In the case of an autonomous camera mast, the integrated solar panels on the side panels (3 x 220Wp) and the detachable solar panels (3 x 330Wp) are capable of generating energy for long periods and operating independently, even at locations without a direct power supply. A fuel cell can be provided to cover the dark days and nights without solar energy.

Some camera towers are equipped with an NVR that stores images locally in the tower , while others are designed to send all data directly to the Cloud via 4G or 5G. Both solutions are possible. The images are usually requested by operators in the control room, who can use them to assess the situation in the event of an alarm.
The Camera Act also applies here. According to this law, a surveillance camera is any fixed or mobile observation system that collects, processes or stores images for the purpose of:
- prevent, identify or detect crimes (for example, a co-owners' association that wants to combat vandalism in the entrance hall of an apartment building);
- prevent, identify or detect nuisances (such as municipalities seeking to combat vandalism on their territory);
- maintain public order (for example, during an annual fair).
This means that even for mobile camera masts, the Camera Law must be strictly observed.
