What is the STALICO® Drone Hub?

The STALICO® Drone Hub is a sturdy metal housing that provides protection for various types of drones and docking stations. Inside is a remote-controlled lift platform that allows drones to safely take off and land, even in hard-to-reach or busy locations. Thanks to its vandal-resistant construction, the drone hub can be used in any environment, from industrial estates to event locations.

In addition, the system also allows for 'tethered' drones: devices with a power cable that can fly for long periods of time, ideal for surveillance purposes, for example to bridge the night.

Features of our drone hub

Autonomous and sustainable

The drone hub is equipped with an integrated energy package, including batteries and fold-out solar panels. These ensure a reliable power supply and can operate autonomously, even with limited access to the grid. The built-in UPS function ensures continuous operation of the system and significantly extends the flight time of the drone.

Inside, space is provided for additional technology such as communication equipment, recording and detection systems and measurements of, for example, wind and temperature. Vandalism is prevented by, among other things, anti-climb protection, vibration sensors and an alarm system in case of unauthorized access.

Flexible, portable and future-oriented

The STALICO® Drone Hub is mobile and easy to move to new locations. Thanks to its modular design and ergonomic set-up platform, quick installation is possible, without the need for fixed infrastructure.

Areas of application

The drone hub is specially designed for places where traditional camera masts or surveillance systems fall short. Think of solar parks, coastal areas, border posts, parking lots or remote industrial zones. While traditional camera masts reach a height of 10 meters, drones fly from the STALICO® Drone Hub effortlessly up to 100 meters high. This offers an unparalleled overview of large areas.
